3. Service Bookings & Cancellations
- Booking Confirmation: All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by GlazeGuard Detailing. A deposit may be required to secure certain services.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. Specific cancellation terms for specialized services (e.g., ceramic coatings) may be more stringent and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- No-Shows: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may be applied, or any deposit paid may be forfeited.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Quoted Prices: Prices for services are provided based on the specific requirements of your vehicle and the chosen service package. Any additional work requested outside the scope of the original quote may incur additional charges.
- Payment: Full payment for services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as communicated by our team.
- Deposits: For certain premium services or extensive detailing packages, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking and cover initial material costs.
5. Vehicle Condition & Preparation
- Existing Damage: It is your responsibility to inform GlazeGuard Detailing of any existing damage, defects, or sensitive areas on your vehicle prior to service commencement. While we exercise utmost care, GlazeGuard Detailing will not be held responsible for exacerbating pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed.
- Personal Items: Please ensure all personal valuables and items are removed from your vehicle before dropping it off for detailing services. GlazeGuard Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
6. Our Guarantee and Limitations
- Service Quality: We strive for excellence in all our detailing services. If you are not satisfied with the results of a service, please notify us within 24 hours of vehicle collection, and we will endeavor to address your concerns.
- Ceramic Coating Warranties: Ceramic coatings come with specific manufacturer warranties, the terms of which will be provided upon application. These warranties typically cover coating failure under normal conditions and require adherence to specific maintenance guidelines.
- Limitations: GlazeGuard Detailing is not responsible for damage caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, normal wear and tear, previous damage, poor quality aftermarket parts, or improper vehicle maintenance by the owner.
